Smart Homes: We provide full service lighting control and energy management for remote access to residences via internet. This can include wireless, touch screen, table top controllers for your home, smoke detectors that email you if they are activated and self monitoring security systems.

You can remotely control four trigger locks for entry and exit (ideal for allowing caretakers and contractors into your house), illuminate docks and pathways to your house and control heating, cooling and lights.

We supply, install and service remote and off grid energy management and lighting control solutions such as solar panel systems and gas, propane or diesel generators. These can be designed to act as backup in the event of a power outage or for main power for remote and difficult to access residences. Our two boats allow us to bring our service and expertise to your water access home. We have a full service van on Gambier Island. Cliff terrain, difficult access and steep distances of 2500 ft are no problem for us.
